Team members and students will receive a 10% discount on bookings for my mobile sports massage service in Lisbon, and I will be present at the major tournaments throughout 2023 & 2024.
Whether there's an injury you need help with, a niggle you need to work on, or a general session to keep you playing at your best, Drew Sports Therapy Lisboa will be available to help.
Padel players tend to be addicts! Most recreational players I meet play very frequently, often rushing from work without time for much of a warm up. Going straight into a game with hard, fast movements put your body to the test, but little niggles and pains or something more problematic can be dealt with through assessment, sports massage, and good advice. All of which I am available for 🙂
